The Sri Lanka tourism mission headed by NKAR concluded an historically successful ITB Berlin 2025 exhibition, the world’s leading travel trade show held on March 4-6. With over 10,000 exhibitors from 180+ countries and 100,000+ trade visitors, it was a platform for Sri Lanka to present itself as a newly opened post-pandemic traveler’s destination, as well as its growing popularity as a high-end travel destination.

NKAR Stand at ITB Berlin 2025 experienced continuous footfalls on all three show days, attracting tourism specialists tourism specialists as well as journalists who expressed wonderful interest in Sri Lanka’s diversely interesting facilities.
It was a highly rewarding three days for NKAR and the Sri Lanka Stand at ITB Berlin 2025! It was wonderful to witness the strong demand for Sri Lanka as a destination. The delegation had hundreds of productive meetings with tour operators, airlines, and travel media in key European source markets like Germany, UK, France, and Scandinavia.
